What if my city isn’t listed on your website?
Currently we are only directly serving the metro areas of San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Tuscaloosa, Atlanta, Newark, and Miami. Shipping of our full catalog is available now only in those specific areas.

I really want the items I see, but I don’t live in one of those areas. Can I still get them anyway?
Possibly so! You need to call us (205) 331-4340 during business hours 10-7 CST, and we can calculate the shipping costs to your area. Depending on what items you want, we may be able to ship to you.

I live in one of your areas, how long until I get my items?
Shipping typically only takes a few days, but we can guarantee 10 working days from the date of your purchase on all orders that are in stock and meet our order minimum.

Do you really ship furniture to me for free?
Yes! We really do. It is one of the many reasons why you should shop with us. While most places will charge you a hefty fee to ship furniture to you, we offer to ship your items 100% for free on all normal orders.

Will you really install my furniture for only $60?
That is also correct! We offer our full white glove installation and setup for only $60 on any amount of furniture you buy from us that meets our order minimum of $400. That is a static price that you only have to pay once per order!

Can I finance my items?
Yes. We offer a great financing option that you can apply for in just a few minutes right from your computer. Financing is over 12 months or a 90 day option.
